I've been finding Native Access to be operating fairly stupidly. It can't seem to tell the difference between its products. For example, when i registered my Maschine Jam, i got two free Maschine Expansions.

When I try to download an updated file, the only option seems to be to do a direct install, on to the online computer, which in fact is what I've done, in the hope I could simply transfer the. I've tried Service Centre and Native Acces. I installed Kontakt 4 on my PC. Native Instruments; Community; Download and Installation. Service Center and NI Access think that my version is a Kontakt 4. Native Access then went and installed them in my Reaktor 6 folder. It took me awhile to figure out what the heck was going on.
Then i noticed in the settings area of Native Access & saw that the program only wants you to have 1 location for content (Kontakt, Reaktor, Maschine, etc) and for some reason, it chose my Reaktor 6 folder as its default location. Also, it REALLY needs to allow us to actually save the downloads.
